Who are you and what is CozyCal?
We are Chris and Kat, the founders of CozyCal. We are a husband and wife two person team based in Vancouver, Canada. Our goal is to build CozyCal as the most user-friendly scheduling tool and help businesses grow and thrive.
Is there a free plan?
No, CozyCal does not offer a free plan. However, we provide a 10-day free trial with full access to all features and no credit card required, allowing you to fully evaluate CozyCal before subscribing.
How long does it take to set up?
It's quite fast. The average setup takes a few minutes. There is no need to install any software since CozyCal is a web-based service that runs in the cloud. If you want to install CozyCal on your website, follow this guide. If you want us to help set up your booking page, feel free to book an onboarding session.
Do you provide help?
We put our customers first. Within your CozyCal account, you can email us anytime by clicking the ? mark at the bottom right corner, or schedule a support meeting with us over Zoom.
Does CozyCal support multiple users?
Yes, we support team scheduling! After you create a team, you can invite more team members to join. You can also set up multi-host collective scheduling. We also support resource booking for businesses renting rooms, studios and equipment.
How is pricing calculated for teams?
Teams are charged based on the number of seats (team members or resources) on the team. For example: if "Hudson Law Group" is on the Pro plan with 3 members, it would be charged 3x monthly plan cost each month. You can create unlimited booking pages within one team without additional charge.
How does billing work if I add or remove seats?
When new seats are added to your team, your account will be prorated based on the remaining billing cycle. If you remove any seats, your account may be credited in the same way. When you make changes to your plan, your account will be prorated immediately.
What's the difference between Pro and Plaid plans?
The Pro plan includes all core scheduling features. The Plaid plan adds three white-label features: custom domain booking pages, white-label email notifications from your domain, and complete removal of CozyCal branding. Choose Plaid if you need your scheduling to appear as if you built it yourself.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds. Upon cancellation of the plan, we apply account credits to your account when there is remaining balance. Refunds are issued for users who renewed a subscription accidentally and did not use it. If you have a special circumstance, contact us at support@cozycal.com.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade from Pro to Plaid anytime, with changes taking effect immediately and prorated billing for the remaining cycle. You can also downgrade or cancel your plan anytime without penalties. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
